Topic:: Banking Regulation ACT 1949
Banking regulation involves all about the companies which make money transactions with the banks. These companies should undergo the Banking Regulation Act of 1949. This act applies to SBI, Nationalised banks, and Banking Regulation Act 1949 does not have any power in co-operative land mortgage banks and agricultural societies.
